United States return shipping is a flat $11.99 USD, deducted from the refund. After the warehouse receives the return, the refund goes back to the original PayPal payment within 5 business days.
Store credit may be available for eligible full-priced and sale styles (excluding Final Sale) within 21 days of delivery. Direct exchanges are not available.
Payment
Checkout is completed on PayPal. You do not need a PayPal balance to pay; PayPal shows the methods available to you.
We do not offer Afterpay or any other pay-later plan on this store.
Prices are in US dollars (USD).
Pre-orders
A pre-order ships separately once it arrives into our warehouse. The product page shows the estimated ship date. If that date changes, we email you.
Unless the product page says otherwise, a pre-order can be cancelled before it ships by emailing [email protected]. That refund goes back to the original PayPal payment within 3–5 business days.
Sizing
See the size guide for body measurements in inches and centimetres. If you are between sizes, choose the larger size.
If a style still feels unclear, write to us with the product name and your usual size before you order.
