Protecting your privacy

Faierr is committed to protecting the privacy of our customers. We will not collect your personal information unless you choose to provide it to us. Personal information can include your name, delivery address, email address, telephone number, and the record of an order.

Payment is completed on PayPal. We do not store card numbers or other payment-instrument details on our servers.

How we use your information

We use what you give us to:

• Provide products and services to you
• Create orders, transaction records, invoices and receipts
• Send shipping and refund updates for an order you placed
• Answer a message you send through the contact form or by email
• Carry out administration, fraud and loss prevention, and quality control
• Understand which pages on the store are used so we can keep the site available

Consent and sharing

We do not sell your personal details. To get a purchase to you we share your name, delivery address, email and phone number with PayPal and with the carrier that delivers the parcel.

Website hosting may process technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit. That technical data is not sold and is not tied to a marketing profile.

We do not pass your details to an advertising network or a social-network audience tool. We do not operate a text-message marketing program.

Pre-orders

If you place a pre-order, we keep the name, email and delivery address on that order so we can tell you when the piece arrives and when it ships. We do not pass a pre-order to a separate pre-order technology company.

Type of information we collect

On an order or a contact message we may collect your name, address, telephone number, email address, and the history of that order or message.

We may also see non-identifiable technical data for statistical purposes, including your computer’s IP address, browser type, the page that referred you, the pages you open, and the time of the visit. This data is not combined with your name for advertising.

How we collect your information

You give it to us when you place an order, write through the contact form, or type an email into the footer field. The footer field stores the address so we can reply. It is not a discount program. We do not ask you to register an account.

Cookies and local storage

The store keeps the bag in local storage on your device so the pieces you added are still there when you come back. You can clear it in your browser. Clearing it empties the bag.

Marketing messages

We do not send marketing email or marketing text messages. The only messages we send are replies to a message you sent, and the shipping or refund note for an order you placed.

You can ask us to delete a support message by emailing the address below.

Advertising

We do not place branded ads on other websites, and we do not use a social-network custom-audience tool.

Keeping your information

We keep an order record for as long as we need it to ship the order, to refund it, and to answer a payment dispute. A contact message is kept until the question is finished, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. We may also keep information where reasonably necessary to meet legal requirements or protect against fraud.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about an order, ask us to correct a name or address on an order that has not shipped, ask us to delete a support message, and ask us not to email you again. Write to the address below.
